Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payments

• Deposits may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balances are due according to the project agreement.
• Late payments may delay project completion.
• We reserve the right to suspend work for unpaid invoices.
• Any applicable taxes are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• The client owns the final website design and approved deliverables unless otherwise specified.
• SiteKevro retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, software, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property used in providing the services.
• Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock photography, or licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
• SiteKevro may display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware or malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
